Band work Commissioned by Mr. Jacky Hui C.M., Support Force Commander, Civil Aids Service Hong Kong.  Published by JCLINK Music. The work comprised themes for modern China, India, mid-East, Russia. Commissioned by the Tom Lee Neowinds wind orchestra for the 15th WASBE International Band Festival conference 2011 in Chia-yi Taiwan.  The work comprised of 3 tone-painting sections, Sunrise – Sea of Clouds – Sunset. 由通利新青年管樂團委約創作並於2011年在台灣嘉義舉行之第15屆國際管樂節展出。樂曲由三段樂章组成，分別為 日出 – 雲海 – 晚霞。
